Super Lage, direkt am Park, daher ruhig. Nur 5-10 min bis zur Altstadt. Parken nur eine Straße weiter kostenfrei.

Everything was really good at this hotel. The location and cleanliness were great to including the staff. The only thing I would say is that if you did need room service, they charge €10 which seemed punitive.

O hotel parece mais do que é. Muito lobby, maquiagem… mas os quartos e o serviço deixam a desejar. Recebemos um upgrade para uma suposta suíte Júnior, que era super desconfortável porque tinha a cama de casal num mezanino enquanto o banheiro ficava no andar de baixo. É claramente um quarto familiar (tem um sofá cama no primeiro piso) e não uma suíte pensada para um casal. O chuveiro era fraco. O café da manhã era esquisito e um simples ovo mexido era cobrado por fora. Os funcionários, alguns até simpáticos, claramente perdidos.

Struttura molto bella e curata in posizione perfetta sia per visitare Ortigia che il parco Archeologico. Camere nuove belle e spaziose, personale veramente gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Unica pecca la colazione, il buffet e’ curato, ma non puoi, in un 5 stelle, far pagare uova, spremuta ecc.

All staff were very polite and helpful. I liked they responded my questions quickly by messages. Good location to go to Ortigia, also to Neapolis. Room was spacious and very clean. We loved our stay, however we didn't feel luxurious as a five star hotel.

Bella struttura in palazzo elegante e in zona comoda per Ortigia anche per il parcheggio disponibile in strada. Non sembrerebbe un cinque stelle ma un 4 stelle nella media. Il bagno sarebbe da rivedere per mobile rovinato dalle perdite del rubinetto, acqua calda che arriva lentamente, cromatura rubinetto rovinata. Personale gentile e pulizia buona.

We really liked this hotel. Spacious rooms that was very clean. Lovely, helpful staff and a great breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Siracusa.

Utrolig hyggelig hotell på alle måter. Super beliggenhet, flott service, store fine rom. Restauranten var dessverre stengt så den fikk vi ikke testet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Parken ist um das Hotel möglich, aber man muss suchen. Zimmer stellenweise „abgewohnt“. Beim Check-in wird gefordert, dass man die Kreditkartendetails in ein Formular schreibt - Goodbye Datenschutz…
