My room got upgraded, thank you for the kind service.

I had a wonderful stay at the Salil. I was very satisfied with their service, and they took the initiative to upgrade my room because of the late check-in.

Service was great, room and hotel stink, breakfast selection was just alright.

เป็นโรงเเรมที่บริการแย่มากๆ พนักงานบอกต้องมัดจำ 1พัน เราถามรูดบัตรกี่วันได้คืน พนักงานผู้หญิงบอก 2 วัน ขึ้นถึงห้อง ห้องเหม็นอับมาก เราเลยขอคืนห้องไม่คืนเงินไม่เป็นไรเราเข้าใจตามเงื่อนไข ตอนคืนกุญแจถามอีกครั้ง 2 วันได้มัดจำคืนใช่ไหม พนักงานผู้ชายบอก 5-7วัน เราเลยถามว่าไหนเมื่อกี้บอก 2 วัน พนักงานหญิงคนที่บอก 2 วันบอกไม่ได้บอก 2 วันบอก 2 อาทิตย์ คือแก้ตัวมาก เราเลยบอกดูกล้องวงจรสิพูดว่าไง พนักงานผู้ชายบอกไม่รู้เมื่อกี้ไม่อยู่ แย่มากจริงๆ

โรงแรมดีมากค่ะ ตรงตามปกทุกอย่าง การให้บริการของพนักงานก็ดีมากและรวดเร็วมาก ขอ slipper 3 นาทีได้ สั่งแกร็บมายังไม่ได้ลงไปเอาก็เอามาแขวนไว้ให้หน้าห้อง ประทับใจที่สุด

Perfect hotel in almost any sense. Sparkling clean, the interior design is so beautiful, and the hotel staffs are all very thoughtful and responsive to our needs. Breakfast needs some improvement, it's too simple for 5 star hotel - not many varieties. But the room is very comfortable and has complete facilities, like pajama and nespresso machine. All in all, it was awesome!

酒店室内设计非常漂亮，酒店房间和浴室都很干净，工作人员非常友好，随时提供水，酒店食物也很美味，早餐选择非常多样化。绝对会再回来的。

这是一家非常适合住宿的酒店。干净且维护良好适合放松出行也很方便。

The hotel is really comfy. there is a play room. you can have great time for playing with family.

The room they give us are not ready yet. Then need to change other room again.

ดีมาก ใหม่ สะอาด ตกแต่งสวย อาหารเช้าก็ดี สระว่ายน้ำและห้องพักผ่อนชั้นบนสุดสวยมาก น้ำดื่มก็ให้เยอะมาก ติอย่างเดียวคือตอนจองหน้าเว็บระบุเป็น "Deluxe with breakfast" แต่ในใบที่ปรินต์ออกมาตรงอาหารเช้าระบุว่าไม่มี แล้วโทรไปถามย้ำว่ามีอาหารเช้าใช่มั้ย พนักงานบอกว่ามี แต่ตอนเช็กอินบอกไม่มี จึงบอกไปว่าโทรมาถามย้ำก่อนหน้าแล้วว่ามี จึงเช็กกันอีกทีแล้วมาขอโทษ
