Lovely staff, well located hotel with secure parking

We booked this Hotel for a business stay, and it exceeded expectations. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described, offering excellent value for money. The staff were outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The team was very impressed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Super location close to the Cathedral/ town centre. Very well equipped apartment if wish to self cater. Staff very pleasant.

Very nice hotel. Arrived and told i was upgraded to a room in the car park. Slightly worried but no need. It was a huge apartment block in the car park area. Massive room with kitchen. I left my toilet bag in the room and the reception were kind enough to post it back to me. That is service. I only had continental breakfast but was more than enough. Lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in centre of Truro

It’s very well located for the theatre only 400 meters away.

Arriving at the station the hotel is a 15/20 minute mainly downhill walk (buses and taxis are available). My room was at the corner of the hotel overlooking the city centre but it was very quiet. The room was well presented and maintained well throughout my stay. Continental breakfast options were good and free. Cooked breakfast options are extra and the “Mannings” breakfast is a very full plate! There is no lift at the hotel but this is made clear to guests in advance. All the staff I met were pleasant and helpful. Due to all the above and the good central location I would stay at Mannings again.

Very comfortable, staff very helpful and cheerful.Varied and fresh continental breakfast . Parking easy and secure.

Really useful parking on site especially if attending at an event at The Hall for Cornwall.

Lots of stairs and no lift so check before you book that you’re on a low floor otherwise it’s exhausting . Nice place though very central clean and bright , food ok reasonable prices .

Nice room, clean and tidy with everything you need, bit noisy from floor creaking and other doors slamming but definitely recommend

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Very happy to have the parking facility. Room was clean and comfortable bed and chairs. The hotel is well situated in the middle of the city close to the Cathedral and Hall for Cornwall.

Despite very nice staff ... I wouldn't want to come back here. The bed was so hard and lights shining under the door - as well as being boiling hot meant I had an DREADFUL night's sleep. We could find no controls for the heating and the room was like an oven. Opening the window was impssible as noisy ventilation pumps were right outside . Staff said the room did get very hot. I think it was room 15 ...... AVOID AVOID AVOID The bed was far too hard
