the location is good. however, it could be very noisy if other guests make noises.

Location is right at the centre, at the pedestrian street and main shopping area. It is upstair of the tourist information office. On the G/F there is also a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel is located on 4/F of a rather old building, access through a very old-fashioned small elevator. Once inside the funishing is very modern and constrast greatly with the exterior of the building. The room is well maintained and of a high standard. Free WIFI is working well.

The location was perfect. Many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. There is also a big market next to the hotel which is open from 6 am until midnight and sells just about everything you may need. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. My only disappointment was, although I hanged the "Please make up the room" sign on the door on my third day of stay, my bedding sheets and pillow cases were not changed for the duration of my 5 days. I would expect it to be changed at least once after 3 days. Also my room wasn't vacuumed or mopped for 6 days. I only received new towels and my trash bins were emptied. I am sure if I contacted the front desk, they would have addressed the issues. Nevertheless, I would certainly recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay there again.

Veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet, var på gågata. Matbutikk, pizzeria, spisesteder osv på gåavstand. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Elendig wifi. DM's wifi fungerte i leiligheten bedre enn hotellets. Ingen utsikt fra vinduene. Kun søppel å se. Bråkete duerpar bak i vinduet. Ellers rolig i leiligheten. God seng og madrasse. Transport mellom flyplass og hotell ble som avtalt. Veldig bra.

There was no kitchen, a small tiny dingy room, I it difficult to contact the staff after 2300, which stated they were available 24 hours. The apartment represented it self very poorly. The only positive thing about being there, is that the location was great, nothing else.

Ruime kamer, wel erg gehorig ( boven een cafe) badkamer gedateerd. Locatie erg goed ivm restaurants en winkels. Geen tv zenders alleen you tube en streaming (zonder abonnement zie je dus niks)

Horrible smell coming from the room when we got there, smells like a sewer. Definitely wouldn’t book with them again. Go to Envoy next door.

The two gentlemen who work at the front desk…. Vladimir and Anilton were really excellent. Both were very friendly, helpful, courteous and processional. Really nice guys and they speak English. They made my stay enjoyable. It’s a fair price for the room with lots to do in the area.

It’s a great combination of a hotel and Airbnb. The rooms were more like apartments rather than a hotel but everything was clean and comfortable, There’s 24h staff available to help with anything you may need. Very convenient location. Also shuttle options turned out to be very convenient.
