酒店胡亂收費，我的房間已經包括早餐，但酒店職員卻嘗試收取費用。而到退房當日，把小孩當成大人的住宿費來收取。兩件事件都經過一番溝通才得以解決。

早餐走精緻路線（菜色 熟食較少，但水果豐富），訂購四人房只有贈兩客早餐（需要另購兩個，CP值就偏低）。房間增加的兩張床硬度差異蠻大&房間內整潔度應可以再加油。 整體算中上（但就是CP真正低）

I recently stayed at the Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful location near Lake Yamanaka, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the service from the staff was consistently courteous and professional. However, the one major downside was the breakfast system. Breakfast is included in my reservation, but I was surprised to find that guests are required to book a specific time slot in advance. Unfortunately, I checked in later in the evening, and by then, all the convenient breakfast slots were already taken. This left me with either a very late option or none at all—neither of which worked for me, as I had an early departure the next morning. It's quite inconvenient, especially for travelers who need to leave early and would reasonably expect to make use of the included breakfast. I ultimately had to skip it altogether, which was disappointing. I hope the hotel considers offering more flexible breakfast arrangements in the future, or at least provides some form of alternative (like a takeaway option) for guests in similar situations.

Great hotel with nice hot springs, but make sure you stay in the FUJI mountain side of room. It’s great shame to be there but miss it.

之前住過河口湖 覺得山中湖還是太偏僻 因為看了評論才訂的 覺得位置很失望

離山中湖有一段距離，不過也相對安靜隱密，住宿氛圍讓人放鬆，服務人員都非常友善親切！非常喜歡它的早餐，雖然是buffet但感受到料理的用心，食材也很好，餐廳有一大片落地窗，窗外是很美麗的樹林，餐廳的manager服務很好，感受到溫暖。美中不足的是公共溫泉浴池，稍嫌簡單，希望浴池能再更貼心些。

房间很大，温泉很舒适，但是晚餐没有什么日式料理可以选，酒店位置比较偏，没有开车很难出门。酒店的车要定时出发定时回来，并不是很方便。

As an Onsen Resort around Mt Fuji, it will be much enjoyable if the restaurant can provide traditional Japanese Fine Dining

山中湖的景色比河口湖優美,唯一美中不足的是飯店不是面對湖景，是山景。

房間很大很新，服務很好，

在略偏遠的地方，招牌比較小，錯過之後才看到。環境不錯。

Very spacious room with great view . Staff super helpful . Amazing breakfast ,onsen and gym facilities. A bit further from the lake but in forest and free shuttle bus multiple times in the day from and to hotel .

父は末期癌で家族での旅行はあと何度行けるかわかりませんでした。 今回の旅行で、マリオットホテルに宿泊し、貴社様の綺麗な施設と素晴らしい気配りに父も大変満足しており、とても思い出深いものになりました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきます。

Hotelli ei ole 5 tähden hotelli. Se on kulunut ja standarditaso on enemmänkin 3 tähteä. Toisaalta aamupala on erinomainen ja länsimainen sekä runsas, toisin kuin useimmissa 5 tähden hotelleissa muualla mm Kiotossa ja Japanissa. ( yleensä hyvin japanilainen ja esim leipää ja juustoja niukasti muualla) tässä hotellissa myös puuroa. Hotelli on myös kaukana kaikesta, kävellen ei voi liikkua, koska autotie.
