They made us wait to check in so long. I checked in last. It was after the check-in time. The room even was the worst. The bathroom pee smelled terrible, and the toilet was leaking.

This accommodation quite comfortable to stay, it's suitable for honeymoon or family gathering. The staff solve our problem very quickly and efficiently. But the accommodation bout 20 mins from jetty tekek, need to pay extra fee for hilux that fetch us to there. RM60 per adult and RM30 per kid, so we pay RM330. The food not nice, recommended to enjoy your meal at Mamak Stall nearby the Barat Tioman.

Absolutely loved this resort. Really strategic placing for a relaxing vacation. Customer service and restaurant waiters was awesome and friendly, and was greeted and welcomed with refreshments. We went during off-peak season, which was perfect for us, less people around and we could take things slowly. Customer service members really came through with almost everything we required. One of the cleanest beach I've ever been to in Malaysia. Would definitely return to this place for future visit.

Had a pleasant stay. Room is spacious. Nearby beach. Staff very helpful. Good area. Overall we are happy. But during checkout we just left the key at the receptionist as there was no one there to attend at 5:40am in the morning. Our ferry is at 6:30am

Beautiful place to stay. Great area. The beach is good to rest and chill. But, check out is 10am. TV didnt have any channel. No wifi, the one at the lobby is slow.
