離China town 還蠻近，附近飲食多，方便，房間不大，但算乾淨，挺新的

We were late check-in, but still ok with a smart key box. they sent a key-box pin number for us. everything was perfect. home-care lady from the hotel she was very helpful.

Very easy to check with key box (self check-in) for late check in. 9 minutes walking to chat a bule cat bus. a lot of restaurant around. quite area and safe. wounderful smart-tv watch the movies if you like. if i go to Perth i would stay Batavia Apartment again.

Like - New, clean, close to China Town Unlike - Don't provide enough towels unless you chase for; not adequate cook wares; good to have mirror in bathroom and bedroom, but no single electric socket nearby, so you can't do hair dry in front of mirror (not sure other rooms have the same problem).

This property is basic but has all that you need for a short term stay. It's clean, tidy, value for money, close to the city and has free parking which is rare around the city area. Highly recommend.

Was nice and clean but didn’t receive my bond back

Room was ok…. Missing pillow cases on sofa bed, no top sheet on beds, fitted sheets came off easily, mattesses need deep clean & only 2 towels provided for 3 guests. No shampoo/conditioner. Was some unpleasant marks on the curtain and ACs needed a clean. Not super happy with price paid.

Loved the place overall. Staff really helpful and appartment great. Really comfy bed and lovely cotton bedding. Only downside was the green slimy pool which was a real shame on such a hot day.

Great location...room 18 was near the pool which we loved...the room looked like it hadn't had a deep clean since covid ..the exhaust fan in the bathroom had 5 years of dust on it and it didn't work ...stayed at better places for the sahe money

It is very walkable for food and also into the city. Reception was very responsive. The downsides includes faulty TV, sofa with a broken back, bedroom door can't be closed because there is no door knob. Property is heavily graffitied, making it looked run down.

The unit had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Also location was great

Reception was very helpful supplying additional pillows and bedding. Very quiet area with beautiful Hyde Park at the end of the street. Comfortable for the price. From our balcony we could view a very lovely garden that is well looked after. Did not swim (too cold) but swimming pool look very clean and welcoming.

Small but nice and functional apartment. Staff are very helpful, specially the caretaker lady and her entire family. Their promptness to fulfil guests' requests was remarkable! Easy parking and close proximity to CBD. Highly recommended.
