Beautiful old pub in idyllic setting. Perfect for a quick drive into Stratford and the race course. Very warm welcome, lovely clean individual rooms retaining lots of the buildings charter. Bed was beautifully clean and we had a fantastic nights sleep. Full English breakfast freshly cooked was spot on. Great walk around the village, we will be back soon. Thank you 😊

The new owners have already provided a great welcome and a charming location. The breakfast was in the original 15th century hall which is a delight, as was breakfast. Lower Quinton is conveniently close to Hidcote manor and gardens. We would be happy to stay there again.

We did have a great stay only managed one night out of the two booked. Our room was not of astandard that should be booked out to paying customer. Other rooms may be better. Very noisy and the walls l are paper thin. Very noisy villagers singing till 12 at night did not make things any better.

Nice stay friendly staff good food

Quite a large area of ceiling damaged (paint peeling and hanging down.) Dust in many areas,hair dryer not clean,tied and outdated property.Carpets dirty/stained.Poor accommodation.

Room OK but bathroom sink absolutely tiny. Shower so small could could hardly turn around. Very old shower head with poor flow. Staff OK but not made to feel welcome. I guess you get what you pay for.

A proper old pub. Friendly, authentic, relaxed but attentive. Quirky and unpolished, in exactly the way a pub should be, and with a massive heart.

Parking available at the property, nice village location. Room was nice with period features (although disappointed the 4-poster bed not there as advertised). Food from the pub was delicious although you could hear the noise from downstairs - this didn't particularly bother us but be aware if an early or light sleeper that the rooms are above the bar. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great staff, really nice and friendly to chat with and hang out in the pub. Cozy rooms but not small or claustrofobic like other "cozy" places are. Nice food and drink options in the pub too. Lovely quiet area to be in for a few nights.

We were late but welcomed by the lovely staff at the College Arms, which I understand are under new management recently. The room I stayed is was good and had everything I needed for the 2 nights I was there. We had breakfast in the morning (which was spot on) I cannot fault any part of it, best part was the bacon for me, or the sausages. Both were great. And throughout my stay the staff were lovely, I would happily stay again.

Could be cleaner. Bed comfortable. Not particularly welcoming atmosphere. Good breakfast. Broken bathroom window with sharp edges. Did get moved to another room. Could do with information in the rooms.

Stayed in room downstairs.Plus point a bath and a shower unfortunatly the shower had a variety of hairs still in it. bed was comfy. Some dust issues in bathroom too.sitting in the bar at the window lots of dead flies on window sill not good. The chef very unreliable did not show up to cook our breakfast on friday. Or monday we was not happy at all

Great location and room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated though bathroom need some maintenance shower door handle broken and blinds didn’t close to window ledge. Was quite noisy on my visit so unfortunately didn’t make for a restful stay.

Room was fine and staff helpful. There was a lot of loud music playing until after midnight so early sleep was impossible+ ok after 12.30
