Beautiful hotel, fantastic location! Staff were wonderful! The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable…we had a great stay! We will be back!

Excellent hotel when visiting Ottawa. Close to dowel and Parliament.

Easiest check-in I’ve ever had, really friendly staff too! Chic design throughout, especially the cocktail bar, with a lot of attention to detail. Unfortunately the games room and gym were disappointing. Small to the point of misleading, under construction and shared with a condo. But that was a pretty minor issue. Overall a great experience and I’ll go back.

J'y retournerai tout était parfait. Lit confortable, les oreillers confortables et juste la bonne grosseur (certains endroits ont des oreillers pour géants). La salle de bain rénovée était très propre. J'ai vraiment apprécié cet endroit j'y serais restée quelques jours de plus pour profiter de la ville

Beautiful Hotel, restaurant amazing, staff so nice and helpful. Bedroom very clean, bed comfortable, my only complaint is the pillows were absolutely horrible. I called down and ask for a firmer pillow, they just bought me the same soft pillow. Terrible sleep because of it. Plus bring ear plugs, very noises with traffic outside. Not the hotels fault.

the metcalfe is one of the best hotels in ottawa. the service is impeccable. we booked the junior suite. the living room was spacious and nicely decorated. the bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. i’ve stayed here multiple times and it continues to be my top choice. the poor reviews are left by miserable people who should stay home
