Super good location, modern and stylish design, highly recommend.

Far from superbe！！When i stay in a hotel what i really need is not only a room but service as well. In this hotel there is no smile on the face of the staff. Room service is almost zero. The towel in the bath room always lack and I always got a half bottle of drink water even a empty one!!! The water of shower is cold. Everything in the mini bar is NOT FREE even the espresso coffee ball and the tea bag. It’s really incredible. I don’t know why those people give it five star. I suspect that the hotel and other person misunderstanding the meaning of SUPERBE. By the way, The location is very well. 不能理解为什么很多住客给出了优秀和接触这样的高分。对我来说，住酒店除了位置和酒店硬件设施，更重要的是服务服务服务！！不然我就住民宿好了。 服务在这家酒店是不存在的。每个职员（除了一名男性经理稍好）脸上都是没有笑容的。客房里的备品今天缺这个，明天少那个。淋浴的水远远不够热。只能说是温的。房间里的饮用水不是密封的，是每天由服务人员添加在两只玻璃瓶里的，而玻璃瓶是要买的。有时候只给我灌装了半瓶水，这太吓人了。最不可思议的是，他家mini bar里的东西没有一样是不要钱的，即使是胶囊咖啡的胶囊和茶包！！ 顺便说一句，酒店的位置和景观还不错，内部装修也很有设计感，但是，这种服务是对不起这个价钱的。尤其对一个异国的旅行者来说，非常不推荐。

Excellent service and food. Great location. It’s my go to place in Paris.

The property is chic and well maintained. Excellent location, 2 minutes from a central metro line and 15 min walk to the Seine. Very quiet rooms, with luxurious amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet, with variety.

Only issue was even though there was A/C in the room it didn’t seem to keep the room cool.

The hotel staff from Eduardo at front desk. Herve ensuring guests are happy with his great smile. Lorenzo, Mick, Odman ensured we were serviced every night on the rooftop. Every staff member wanted to ensure we had recommendations for places to visit. The hotel was always clean and smelled great even in elevator. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner had delicious food and drinks. Best hotel for ambiance, safety, comfort and hospitality.

Located in 3er. Great hotel in a vibrant area. Room was good. Air conditioning worked well. Wonderful restaurant in hotel. Countless bars, restaurants, and top tier like fromageries, boilangeries, and shopping. More neighborhood feel than Opera area. Metro close and walkable in middle of Le Marais.

This was the PERFECT place for us to stay in Paris. The walkability was wonderful. We enjoyed the entire hotel including the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, we felt right at home. Our room was beautiful, clean, the balcony was amazing, the view was spectacular! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Paris!!

Very nice hotel on the edge of Le Marais. Walkable to that part of the city, easy metro access to anywhere with a stop around the corner on the 4 line at Reaumur-Sebastopol Staff was friendly polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Spotless, great staff and amenities- very welcoming. Location excellent.

Staff were very accommodating; my flight got in early before my room was ready to check in and I was able to borrow the shower in the hotel gym to freshen up. I called down to room service/housekeeping/ front desk many times during my stay and they always had a solution ; always came through . Especially when I needed a steamer to steam my dress and scarf for a wedding. Thenot hotle restaurant is absolutely incredible. I had both breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The ambience is very much understated elegance and luxury, not pompous
