Super good location, modern and stylish design, highly recommend.

Far from superbe！！When i stay in a hotel what i really need is not only a room but service as well. In this hotel there is no smile on the face of the staff. Room service is almost zero. The towel in the bath room always lack and I always got a half bottle of drink water even a empty one!!! The water of shower is cold. Everything in the mini bar is NOT FREE even the espresso coffee ball and the tea bag. It’s really incredible. I don’t know why those people give it five star. I suspect that the hotel and other person misunderstanding the meaning of SUPERBE. By the way, The location is very well. 不能理解为什么很多住客给出了优秀和接触这样的高分。对我来说，住酒店除了位置和酒店硬件设施，更重要的是服务服务服务！！不然我就住民宿好了。 服务在这家酒店是不存在的。每个职员（除了一名男性经理稍好）脸上都是没有笑容的。客房里的备品今天缺这个，明天少那个。淋浴的水远远不够热。只能说是温的。房间里的饮用水不是密封的，是每天由服务人员添加在两只玻璃瓶里的，而玻璃瓶是要买的。有时候只给我灌装了半瓶水，这太吓人了。最不可思议的是，他家mini bar里的东西没有一样是不要钱的，即使是胶囊咖啡的胶囊和茶包！！ 顺便说一句，酒店的位置和景观还不错，内部装修也很有设计感，但是，这种服务是对不起这个价钱的。尤其对一个异国的旅行者来说，非常不推荐。

Spotless, great staff and amenities- very welcoming. Location excellent.

Staff were very accommodating; my flight got in early before my room was ready to check in and I was able to borrow the shower in the hotel gym to freshen up. I called down to room service/housekeeping/ front desk many times during my stay and they always had a solution ; always came through . Especially when I needed a steamer to steam my dress and scarf for a wedding. Thenot hotle restaurant is absolutely incredible. I had both breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The ambience is very much understated elegance and luxury, not pompous

I love this hotel. I travel to Paris for work and it is my number one choice. Great restaurants, beautiful rooms. Ask for a church view!

Nice hotel / good location / trendy decoration and good bar-restaurant

Happy with our stay overall. Service and room were good and the only thing was that the wines offered were close to undrinkable. Still some options around to get a “rouge” also, the hotel is in a busy area, so it can get a bit overmalming
