Great stay at this place. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. The pool area is nice for a small boutique resort, but the best part was the on site restaurant. Breakfast was amazing with cooked options and a very comprehensive continental selection (sweet and savoury). Please do yourself a favour and visit the restaurant at night as well and go for the five course menu, every dish was very tasty and the dish sizes are generous. Overall, would totally recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking and create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was exceptional, with everything fresh and sourced locally, which made each meal special. Our room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay.

What an amazing property! The place is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The reception staff and service was excellent! Everyone was accommodating and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The pool was great, and the private pool was luxurious. The saddest part was that we couldn’t stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

La seule question a se poser: qu est ce qu un si magnifique hotel fait au milieu de nul part? Service et installations dignent d un palace, le SPA privé est parfait et très classe, la piscine est très agreable comme le cadre général de l hotel en pleine verdure, une très belle surprise de découvrir ce lieu dans la campagne sicilienne. Bravo à l'équipe pour cet accueil !

Sehr schönes Hotel im Landesinneren von Sizilien. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist eher gehoben und ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed! It is just FANTASTIC service. Simple. It started before we even arrived: they don't have 24hr reception so kept in touch and arranged for someone to be there to greet us. Our flight was delayed and we'd miss dinner so they prepared a delicious Insalata Caprese that was ready for us in the room when we arrived at almost midnight. The rooms are modern, functional and spotless. The grounds are perfectly maintained. The food, oh wow... chef Fabrizio and his team are masters! At the end of the day it is all about service and it is clear that the whole staff is there to make sure you have the perfect stay. Special thanks to Karina, Catherina (who stayed late to greet us at check in) and Francesco (barman). The only consideration is the location: Sicily is much larger than you'd think and going to most tourist attractions is a 60-90-min drive. We didn't mind as relaxing by the pool was our main goal anyway! Talking of relaxing... it was disrupted for two days because of a large family with young kids that just could not stop shouting and crying. This is definitely more of a couples' destination. You can definitely bring your kids but, other than the pool, they have no other entertainment. If they are well-behaved - as was the case for all the other kids - then it is a delight. But this particular family should be more aware and considerate! But this does not detract from the amazing service provided by Rocca di Saraceni! Awesome!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein grossartiges Hotel für Menschen, die Ruhe in einem angenehm hochwertigen Ambiente suchen. Das Essen war bei allen Mahlzeiten ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich zurückkehren.

It’s an oasis in the countryside hills. Lovely place, comfortable rooms, beautiful garden and pool area, great food. The hotel is perfect for a couple of days relaxation in very tranquil area.
