There is nothing good to say about it. It was uninhabitable. No heating, no hot water, no lights in the bedroom, the built in wardrobe had a brick wall in it, we had to find somewhere else to stay or we would’ve been ill.

Arrived at accommodation, rang the mobile number to retrieve key from box but there was no key in the box, was then sent to a different location which was absolutely nothing like the accommodation we had booked on the hotels.com website, in fact it was so bad I left straight away.
