The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is 4 min away from Venezia Mestre Station by feet and 12 min from Venezia Santa Lucia Station by train (2.4 euros round trip). The hotel room is huge, for private family room it has double bed, bunk beds and clean bathroom. We read in the check in desk that you choose not to clean your room you can get free drink but the option can only be chosen during check in.

We love staying here, the hotel is easy to find because the building is big and also close to big station (Venezia Mestre St). Very suitable for you who want to go to Venice but have big luggages and don’t want the inconvenience bring the luggages on the Ferry boat.

Good location, nice room, but bed could be better. Body ache from sleeping from the bed, housekeeping was bad, didn't clean the room, didn't refill the soap, only take trashes. It was OKAY, but could be better

The room is big, clean, neat, overall okay. The check in process was so long, with quite high traffic, there's only 1 person in reception

I book this hotel for two days, the can check in at 3 Pm (it's so late) and have to check out at 10am. then I extend for a day, and I still have to check out at 10 pm, and can check in at 3pm. in fact I need to rest till 6, my next flight will be at 8pm. so I just got 3 Hours for a day Extend.
