The service is excellent!

On our way to airport, my husband found that he left his bag at the hotel lobby. It was very important for him. The hotel did their best to arrange a taxi to deliver the bag to JFK international airport for us. That really saved our life. We highly appreciate the hotel’s efforts and warm services. We met friends from across the pond for our annual couples weekend trip together. Every staff member was welcoming, beds were comfy, bathrooms are fantastic, location was perfect especially in the summer across from the activity at Bryant Park, walking distance to so many restaurants and attrractions. Thank your staff, they did a great job.

The staff was wonderful. The woman who checked me in was excellent, and the man who helped me with a speedy checkout was very personable and nice. His name was David. Thanks this is my favorite hotel to stay at.!

I enjoyed my stay at Park Terrace. I was pleasantly surprised that it was very quiet based off the location. I love the rooftop setting. And all the staff I’ve came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Hopefully, I will be able come back to NYC, and Park Terrace will be my place to stay.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado para moverte en bus/subway/caminando, la gente de recepción fue muy atento en todo momento, nosotros llegamos muy temprano y nos concedieron la habitación desde temprano, siempre al pendiente de nosotros, sin lugar a dudas la mejor opción para hospedarse en NY

I can only say great things about my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the restaurant was great and the cocktails on the terrace were delicious. The only negative thing is that the pillows are not very supportive.

The service was great

The room I paid for required at least a little more light instead there as a dark wall in front of my window. I sled to give me a room with a natural light because of my fobia , I explained that I can’t even sleep in such conditions , the front desk lady refused to do so, instead she asked to pay if I want a room with a natural light . I asked to show me the room , she said no , first I pay , then I can see it . I arrived late , asked for a a later check out , he refused again. I staid in this hostel many times and every time there is an issue
