This is not a hotel .. it is only one flat .. there is no sign board to lead you to the flat .. you have to ask and ask until you find it .. we were shocked when arrived to see no reception .. nothing was prepared for us to receive our booked flat. I have to call the office then to take a taxi to the management office to collect the keys to the flat. My family waited outside in the open and were wet from the rain until my return with the keys. The entrance to the flat is so bad .. first you have to pass through people at the back of a Bar then you have to go up a long stairs to two floors .. there is no elevator and with your suitcases you are alone to take them up. No services at all were provided here. The only positive of this place is the location in the city center. I don't recommend this place at all. Never again for me.
