酒店刚开业时，我就是这里的住客。然而，几年后再次光顾，却有些失望。酒店的保养和维护远未达到标准。瓷砖脏兮兮的，破旧不堪。沙发下陷严重，主要是为了美观。电视频道有限。 我个人认为这家酒店是时候翻新升级了。地理位置优越，环境安静。我喜欢这家酒店，但是时候翻新了。

酒店很棒。我被免费升级到大床房。非常推荐入住这里。

真的很喜欢宽敞的空间和房间氛围。我们睡得像个木头！已经期待下次来这里了！请考虑选择传统的坐浴盆，而不是嵌入式的。

There is no place to chill in the evening with a beer. Had to go out to other outlets. That’s inconvenience & not staying in the hotel anymore

Location is nice and quiet. To explore food places, you will need to take a grab or drive out. Rooms could be cleaner but overall it's acceptable. Rain shower and a large bathroom makes the room stand out.

I reached hotel by 3pm and wish to check in on time, but was informed need to wait as my room not yet ready, room inside has smell and old.

A very comfy hotel, clean and friendly staff

Upset with the sign at the front of the hotel car park. Stated only for Porsche and Bentley cars. Told the staff there if I m driving a kancil car. I cannot park at the car park.

Strategy location. Great vibe ambience and cleanses spacious room!

Stayed here for couples of time, everything is good but this trip the water heater is not working and the Malay lady receptionist just act like nothing when I told her about this. Kind of disappointed the way she deal with it.

Overall good experience. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Good location and convenient. Rooms are spacious (depending on which category you book). Staff are very helpful. However, not very good in terms of room maintenance-pillows, bedsheets, comforter covers are all very clean but the floor is not so clean. The bathroom is also not very well maintain.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is less than 10mins drive to ipoh town. The nearby stadium, which is about 2 mins drive or 5mins walk there is a variety of local food that you can enjoy for breakfast and dinner.

Overall is ok, only the water heater is not hot at all, after technician come to check is ok already, but when I use that not hot at all again, I stay on 11st floor.

Good for business trip, fairly close to a lot of local eateries and less congested than town itself. Check in was smooth, room was clean and comfortable. Lifts were fast. Breakfast was good and different varieties on different days. Parking is free for guests and first come first serve basis. Cons would be of there's any events eg weddings then you will hear the PA system and music from your room. Also, if you happen to have a room with a connecting door, you can hear talking from the next room! So sound proof needs amendments. The lift also reads cards poorly and slow to respond. Otherwise was a overall good stay.

Bilik yang luas, selesa dan bersih. Cantik seperti di dalam gambar. InsyaAllah ada rezeki check in lagi.

Strategic location. Overall is good. Heater is good. The only bad thing, the air conditioner, hot at night, when sleep.

Room is clean and contemporary. But struggled to sleep as every rempit that pass the hotel can be heard from 10pm to 3am.
