服務，飲食，温泉也十分滿意

Very good onsen resort, highly recommended

寧靜，環境優美，對私人風呂和大風呂都很滿意。員工服務態度友善，但食堂的侍應沒甚經驗，很多遺漏。食物質素一般，食堂通風設備可以改善。

The whole experience in this onsen hotel is PERFECT! We were greeted by friendly staff when our car just entreated the hotel area, and we were served with hot matcha and tasted snacks. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with great hospitality. The onsen resort only got a few rooms, which provided privacy and calmness. You can use the onsen at the other sister hotel as well. Food was really nice. Private onsen was available inside your house as well. After all, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back!

Friendly and professional staff, if you want a hassle free vacation, i recommend this hote

everything was too good to be true. staff were all super nice, helpful and proactively engaged in assisting customers. i just stayed there for one night and unfortunately i damaged my rental car before dinner time XD the manager proactively helped a lot by calling rental car company, insurer as well as police. she intentionally put down her work and helped to call the parties and do the translation on me even in a heavy rainy night!\ she even offered tea while i was waiting for police to come as it took nearly two hours to complete the whole process. the room (type c) and other facilities were absolutely clean and in perfect condition. it totally worth the price! will come again for sure! the meal were fine too if u dont mind to eat horse meat. personally not a fan.

天然環境浸温泉美極，食物美味精緻，雖然剛到達遇上下雨，但風景依然美麗，旅館接待體貼，客房設有私湯，面向河溪，感覺舒心！

地點有一點點難找到, 所訂房間像獨立屋,室內室外各有風呂, 除室內的風呂有一陣陣坑渠味滲出外(或許是硫磺味) 其他都非常滿意, 所有房間內飲品都免費提供, 需然我們只飲了一支汽水~ 還有小禮物送給我們呢~ 服務員為台灣女子, 很細心很有耐性, 滿意!

Lovely onsen resort. It’s probably a little smaller than the other resorts in the area, but the villas are modern and lovely.

We spent two nights at Miyama Sanso after a whirlwind 10 days making our way west from Tokyo. It was the perfect retreat after many days on our feet. The facilities are spotless and the property itself is gorgeous. Beyond the tranquility and picturesque surroundings, the warm, kind, and attentive staff made our stay all the more pleasant and relaxing. They made sure to arrange for transport to and from the hotel and planned an excursion for guests to the main area of Kurokawa Onsen. They also went above and beyond to accommodate our challenging dietary restrictions and made sure we always had a delicious selection of dishes during meals, which elevated the experience. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. I look forward to returning!

30年程前に山みず木に宿泊、別邸の深山山荘は初めて　夕飯時に同日の宿泊者が多かった事がわかってビックリしたほど、とても静かで隣接の音も全く聞こえずゆっくり部屋や大浴場も楽しめた 部屋風呂と川沿いの庭も素晴らしい、部屋も広く快適に過ごせた 夕食は口コミ等、あまり表記も少なかったので期待せずに伺いましたが、味、内容の配慮、量、全てに大満足でした

Enjoyed our luxurious stay. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The property and area are beautiful. We booked a room with a private bath to add to the luxury. Also a bit shy being westerners so got to enjoy a lot of baths without feeling uncomfortable. Food was good and presentation was gorgeous. Almost too much for us but that seems to be standard with kaiseki meals!

너무좋았어요 경치도 예쁘고 방도 넓고깨끗 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 가이세키 맛도 좋고 깔끔! 알러지와 날것을 못먹는 아내를 위한 요리등 배려해주셔서 감사했습니다 유황온천 덕분인지 피부도 너무 보드랍고 가려움증이 많던 피부였는데 구로카와에서 숙박하는동안 한번도 가려웠던적이없었어요!! 정말 행복한 여행이었습니다😺
