World class customer service

This was a great hotel in Montreal - centrally located, fantastic restaurant, good gym with a nice variety of equipment and really good room with an incredible shower. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was professional and courteous. The property is a wonderful blend of historic and modern architecture. It feels old and new at the same time. As a bonus, the gym is well equipped.

This hotel was in a great location. It was a nice mix of old & contemporary. The rooms were beautiful & the bathroom shower was like you were at the spa. We ate in the dining room one night & the meal was exceptional but pricy. The staff were very friendly & accomodating. We would definitely stay here again. We can’t really think of anything negative to say.

Excellent location to enjoy dining options in downtown Montreal. We walked to restaurants and shops from the hotel.Parking in the garage was tight but valet is also an option. Hotel staff was always available and helpful when needed. Room was clean and decorated nicely. We would highly recommend this hotel !

Everything was amazing, I did not receive my room upgrade as I should but that would be my only complaint.

Les cocktails étaient recherchés et délicieux. Nous avons pris 2 fois des huîtres tellement elles étaient parfaites! Services courtois et efficaces de la part de tout le personnel! Un vrai 5 étoiles!

Th hotel is really beautiful and in a great walkable area. The bar is gorgeous. We didn’t get breakfast

Old residence as the entrance and bar/restaurant, modern wing with very nice rooms with modern technology including Japanese toilets.
