Staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious with full refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good location. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked the heated indoor pool; did not like dirty glassware, utensils and empty shower gel, shampoo/conditioner dispensers. No extra toilet paper in room, had to call for xtra, batteries in TV remote were dead

Great stay! Received towels immediately after asking. Pool was crowded but clean and new and big. Front desk workers were very pleasant and helpful. You can tell the hotel was intelligently designed with hooks for towels and useful furniture.

The sofa bed was so thin you could feel the springs when sleeping on it. The wafflemaker was broken and they were out if sugar free syrup. They had trouble keeping the breakfast items stocked. The pool didnt seem clean (not enough chlorine).

Everything was pretty nice loved that our room had a dishwasher and a living room area so you wasn’t just confined to sitting on the bed the whole time

Very nice property. We were able to get a late check out at 2pm. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was pleasant. The front desk clerk named sky was more than accommodating and very helpful. The room was clean spacious. The only downfall was the breakfast very basic not like other hotels I’ve stayed at with complimentary breakfast. But we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms and hotel were very clean, and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve encountered. My one hiccup was breakfast. We had to ask for silverware and plates. There were no toppings for the waffles…they were even out of syrup. The coffee was watered down and flavorless and the juice dispenser was empty. I understand sometimes hands are tied when a product runs out. There was no sense of urgency from the one lady working to fill any of the items.

Fantastic. Thank you for being there during a winter crisis.

I'll come back here again. The best hotel ever in my life within $100 budget.
