I always love Hoshinoya group hotel. Nothing to complain, everything is just perfect.

Perfect onsen with various & good quality tea. Room is super comfort with spetacular view of the lake. Onsen is also very good quality and very relaxing

Staff were extremely helpful, food excellent and the view was great.

this was a wonderful and pleasant stay.

All in all a good experience, nice meals and rooms however the furniture were a bit dirty and needs updating. A good stay with nice onsen and lovely surroundings.

Great service with friendly staff. There are some activities provided, e.g. learn something about the green tea, free try of japanese wine+tea, morning stretch exercises. Food was great too. Definitely will come again.

員工服務及整體設施都非常好，雖然住宿費用不便宜，但是值得也花得很甘願!!

とてもよかったです。ただひとつ 惜しい点は 食事のデザートに 果物が 全然なかったぐらいです。

鄰近浜名湖，景色很美，酒店服務也十分週到。

スタッフの方々の細やかな気遣いや、ゆったりできる施設、美味しいお食事、とても気持ち良く過ごせませた。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、驚かされることばかりでした。 とても貴重で高いサービスを体験をすることができました。 0歳の子どもを連れての旅行でしたが、急きょ離乳食を提供していただき感謝しております。 お部屋やお風呂でもゆっくりと過ごすことができ、リフレッシュでしました。 また訪ねたいと思いました。
