Arrived in the evening to the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly front desk lady. She was prompt in finding my reservation and having the room prepared. The room is a little smaller than other hotels I've stayed at in Legazpi but the price is unbeatable especially when booked through app. Made my booking really suit. My only hang up in the service is that the morning front desk was not updated with the flights (our flight was delayed) when the shuttle driver to the airport knew it was delayed so we had to leave unnecessarily early :(

Location is great but the service needs to level up. Please note that the rooms are small compared to the pictures shown. I asked for a pickup at the airport and nothing, I tried again for a service to the airport when checkout and since it is Sunday a no go as well. Will not booked a gain here. oh I stayed for three nights and not a single day that the room was cleaned
