Quiet and friendly staff

Property in very poor condition. Pot holes in drive way that l twisted my ankle in, carpet has a gapping hole at the bottom step which has potential of a heal of shoe being court in it. Our rooms carpet was so stained and worn, taps leaking when turned on, toilet stained. So overall very poor for todays standards.

Taps dripped ,room very old ,no tissues only 1 roll of toilet paper No tv reciption only got 1 channel .

Pool was amazing.

Stayed here before. Always lovely staff are amazing room is lovely. Staff was very accommodating for a late check in

for the Dollars this was totally acceptable. No complaints. Slept well bed was ok not the best but have slept on worse for more $. Room was tidy and clean enough no complaints. Very good location we just walked to the leagues club for dinner. Great friendly staff, booking in was a breeze. Would stay again no problems

Lovely staff

The room was tidy but the bathroom area was filthy, very heavy mould around the shower door. We were advised it was hard to clean. Someone did come back and made a half hearted effort to clean. Most of the horizontal surfaces had coffee or tea cup stains and the first piece of cutlery we pulled out of the drawer has not been washed properly. We had to stay another night but did not extend our stay. We moved out to a clean and tidy hotel not far from this one. Yes it was budget accommodation but there is no excuse for this sort of presentation. They have a we do not care attitude

I loved staying here. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. There is nothing I didn't like about staying here and will definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for which is not much. Disappointed.

Handy location for our needs. Very friendly hosts who were most helpful and obliging. Comfortable bed. Quiet considering it's on a busy street.
