The staff freindly and helpfully.

Receptionists team and house keeping are friendly amd helpful. But online customer service isn't helpful make me pay 1 day for not staying. The number of the hotel on the app is wrong too. We were at the airport and driver didn't know how to go to hotel we tried to call the number but it was different person so we got struggling quite long there. All these are so unpleasant experience: (.

Amenities, facilities and location are as expected and justified by the reviews, we found unacceptable the sewer like smell that was absolutely disgusting and you can compare sleeping inside a canal. We transferred rooms but gave up since the smell persisted. We stayed at rooms 1402 and 602; I will even cross the line and say the disgusting smell should make this hotel a health-risk. 0 star for this hotel!!

The room is quite big enough for Standard Room. We had our 2 huge luggages and 2 cabin luggages that we still had enough space to move around. Also the bathroom is larger than we expected! They had the bath tub so that you can go relax after went around Seoul. The location is also near to Myeondong Street. Took only about 6 mins by foot. Very recommended! I’d stay here again for my next Seoul trip for sure

Awalnya hanya tertarik karena ada bathtub nya. Ternyata saat tiba di hotel, terasa sangat menyenangkan, saya dan keluarga sampai di hotel jam 12 siang, sedangkan waktu check in jam 2 siang. Tapi kami mendapatkan early check in yang ditawarkan oleh petugas hotel. Bahasa inggris nya sangat baik sehingga mudah untuk berkomunikasi. Kamar luas, masih sangat leluasa meskipun kita membawa koper ukuran besar 3 buah dan kebersihannya luar biasa. Sangat nyaman dan sangat merekomendasikannya. Lokasi bisa berjalan kaki ke myeongdong shopping street. Suasana tenang. Layanan make up room juga sangat menyenangkan karena ketika bertemu beliau menawarkannya. Sekalipun tidak bertemu cukup menekan tombol make up. Kalau ada kesempatan kembali ke korea, saya ingin menginap lagi disini. Saya sudah merekomendasikan hotel ini ke teman-teman saya. Yang akan berkunjung ke korea selatan. 😊

Everything look fine. Location not too far from Myeong Dong. You just need to walk around 5mnts from hotel. There is MRT station near hotel too. The only thing that they need to adjust is breakfast menu. I only booked 3 days including breakfast and others day without breakfast because the breakfast menu always same from day by day. But overall its an awesome to stay here. The receptionist very welcome. Thanks!

I spent 2 nights here and I must say that everthing was beyond perfect. The location of the hotel is not crowded, you can get a good night's sleep but surrounded by facilities . The twin-bed room is perfectly clean, comfortable and large. The staff have a great service-minded attitude. So the value was extremely excellent , I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. When we arrived they told us they have upgraded the room. Thanks. The room is big and clean. Very comfy bed, good location, many coffee shops nearby, and very close to 3 subway stations with many lines also Myeongdong Shopping street is just 10 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Didn't get the chance to eat the food. Definitely will be back again. Cheers!

It was great idea choosing G2 Hotel when I stayed at Seoul. They upgrading my hotel room to deluxe room and let me check in to my hotel room before the time. This hotel is in front of police station (is really safety especially for solo travelers like me). They cleaned the room everyday. In other words I really satisfied with their service, will stay at this hotel when I come to Seoul next time.

This hotel has a good location. Kind staff, and pretty clean room and bathroom. But unfortunately i'm not satisfied with the restaurant. I stayed for 6D5N and I eat the same menu at breakfast...how bored I am? And when I order rice (steam) they not give me because there is fried rice in the menu..which is I can't eat it!

Saat mau check-in kami diinfokan bahwa kamar kami diupgrade ke tipe deluxe. How lucky we are. Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman. Staf hotel sangat ramah dan helpful. Lokasi hotel agak kurang ditemukan saat pertama kali. Dari pusat belanja Myeongdong ke hotel tidak terlalu jauh, hanya berjalan kaki sekitar 7 menit. We'll come back to this hotel.

Great! Spacious room. Walking around 5 mins to Chungmuro and Euljiro 3ga station just in front of the hotel. convenience store just beside the hotel. They provide free laundry too
