This property backed up to a beautiful spot on the Ocean. It was further down the road from shopping, which allowed for the area to be quieter. The property itself was outdated. Our room was dirty (stains on pillows, towels, and bed sheets...dishes were not so clean, and the floor was dirty).

Gorgeous view and very nice to have snorkel and beach gear provided. Even with fans, the condo got very hot with no A/C, and there are termites in the walls next to the laundry that create piles of frass to clean up every morning. Also, the hood vent in the kitchen — although it looks neat — does not function properly and blows steam and heat back out.

Clean, comfortable, well furnished, ocean front condo/apartment with central location and amazing view. Stayed 4 days and was ideal for our small family.

This particular unit was somewhat dated but clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Fantastic view from the good-sized balcony of the ocean right below you. Loved going to sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing at night. Downtown Kona is only a few minutes drive. We would definitely stay again.
