The room was clean and fully furnished. Near Asok station. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Hidden fees (room cleaning costs) were not transparently communicated through the website and the booking process and were not mentioned in the hotel voucher. Feel cheated by both the app and the hotel. Very bad behaviour from hotel staff. I consider to take legal actions and file a complain at the Office of the Consumer Protection Board Thailand. The app never again!

แย่มาก เอาเปรียบลูกค้า จองไป 850 บาทต่อคืน มีค่าทำความสะอาด อีก 700 บาท บอกว่าแจ้งแล้วในเว็บแต่เป็นตัวเล็กที่หาไม่เจอ ซ้ำยังมาเรียกเก็บค่ามัดจำห้องอีก 5000 บาท หลอกลวงครับ
