代堡的地理位置算是在山區，要經過一段山路才可以到達。其中有一個房間暖氣完全失靈且需要爬三層樓才能到達。 不過因為有熱氣球節，且會場就在飯店旁邊，所以一切都值得了！

Got a low price room (75 Eoro per night) at the hot air balloon festival. Old style humble hotel with a small room. 8 mins to train station. Very nice new sauna room just for yourself is huge. Breakfast was good with fruit and cheeses, dried sausage, egg, and bread. Happy with that. They provided all I need but is not luxury but honey type of lodge.

房間舒服乾淨明亮，還有小沙發的小客廳，還有木製餐桌，早餐是西式早餐，有麵包、火腿、起司、牛奶、水果......，我們都很喜歡吃，附近環境清幽，唯一缺點是拉行李回車站是上坡。

The bed was very small, and the mattress was uncomfortable and uneven. There were only two small, poor-quality pillows. The room was extremely hot, and the corridors had an unpleasant smell. The service was disappointing — we had to argue to get the parking spot that was promised at the time of booking. Upon checkout, in the rain, no umbrella or assistance was offered. They also did not seem open to hearing our feedback at the end of our stay.

Chambre propre, accueil chaleureux. Très bien placé pour accéder au ce tre de château d'oez.

Manque un peu de confort. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Les oreillers sont plats.

The room was spacious for two people. Shelves and bookcase for additional storage helpful. There was one straight desk cha in r, not conducive to read. Breakfast was well laid out with typical European selections.

Juan at the reception was extremely helpful and courteous—I would strongly recommend this place to stay in town or visit nearby attractions in Gstaad.

Fint hotell med vacker natur runt om. Finns ingen ljudisolering och man hör tydligt när andra gäster använder toa och dusch och bara pratar. Fin frukost.

Hotel is extremely nice and best to stay OLD looks hotel but OLD IS GOLD just need to add some breakfast I know 🇨🇭 is very expensive but should think Otherwise all good and fantastic

Upon arriving at the property, the guest is met with filthy condition very much unlike what appears in pictures on the site, and in a general state of sad disrepair. The rooms are of hostel not hotel quality. Within minutes of arriving there, it became very clear that I couldn't stay there, and that even though we had prepaid for the reservation and it was not cancelable, I would definitely risk forfeiting my deposit in order to avoid staying there. I immediately began looking for another hotel.

Property is in great location but rooms are outdated. Showers need upgrades Ok , for one night if have no obtions. Night person is not responsible. We requested bedding and she said housekeeping will bring it . They never come.

Det er et rigtig hyggeligt og “lille” hotel, personalet er meget venlige og hurtige til at slå over i engelsk når man spørger dem!
