Warm welcome on arrival,quick check in and shown to our room. Property is a bit of a maze so the assistance was appreciated Room was compact but looked very fresh & clean. Quality toiletries and refreshments. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Only gripe is the slightly awkward shower controls, which ca9be reached unless you are standing in the shower or have exceptionally long arms

Love the Hotel and the staff but not keen on my room . It was small and the bed was quite hard and I had a back ache in the morning.

After not answering the phone 9 times throughout the day I finally spoke to reception who told me I can park just outside the hotel

Comfortable and well located but had to park 10 mins away in public car park

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and offered me gluten free options

Short stay to attend family funeral…convenient location

Shower took 20 minutes before hot water available. Controls confusing. Zero food options Sunday evening. Despite advertising lifts the hotel is not wheelchair accessible due to steps/stairs to access lifts

Comfortable and stylish hotel in an excellent location near the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very good although it took time to find a member of staff to take our order when we arrived at 7.30am.

We didn’t know what to expect when we booked this hotel for a wedding in the area. When we went inside it was just stunningly beautiful clean and modern. The staff in the front desk took care of our bags until we returned in the evening. We were taken to our room by one of the night staff who carried our bag. An absolutely lovely hotel and staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
