Very friendly staff, however the room is next to the main road and the room is without AC. If I open the window, there are so much noise. If I close the window, there are no fresh air in the room

位置安靜，步行到市中心稍遠。不過環境舒適，房間整潔，整體不錯！職員友善，早餐於歐洲酒店來説算是選舉頗多！

The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean and within a short walking distance of everything you might want to see in Colmar. We couldn’t figure out the A/C and with a heat wave that was a bit of an issue but the staff were helpful and accommodating. Safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The hotel has clearly been refurbished recently., and feels clean and new. However, some things are style over substance. We had a premium room, but it was a strange shape which was quite off-putting. The chairs in the room were also very modern but highly uncomfortable for anyone with a back problem. The seating in the reception area was excellent and well air conditioned

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff was super nice. The location is great being right next to Little Venice a short walk away. The kids space downstairs was a massive hit!

La chambre était très bien, propre, un lit très confortable. Par contre le parking un peu cher pour la journée !

Das Hotel macht von außen nicht gerade den Eindruck, was einen innen erwartet. Ein tolles, modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und direkt angeschlossener Parkgarage. Service, Check in etc., alles super. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist ebenfalls recht günstig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super nice cost place in a green area! Loved it!

This was a very nice hotel close to the train station and very close to the city center . The rooms were so spacious and comfortable! There was even a bathtub which was nice. There is a restaurant and quaint courtyard for drinks. The front desk was so helpful getting us a cab for an early morning train . Highly recommend!

Very convenient location, near the old town and other attractions. The staff is kind and available to help you at all times. The hotel is renovated and it is very nice. The rooms are spacious and with everything you need. Parking in the hotel is expensive, so we opted for parking in the street and it was very easy. The only down side were the towels. They were clean but they were of a poor quality.

La struttura è molto pulita, il personale cordiale, ti offrono succo di mela quando arrivi e bottiglia d'acqua quando vai via. La stanza familiare (noi siamo in 5), i letti e i cuscini comodi. L' area wellness e relax molto piacevole. È vicinissimo al centro. Se viaggi con bambini c'è un' area attrezzata con libri e giochi e poltrone comode. Si sono subito attivati per chiamare un taxi per farci arrivare a Riquevir

Hotel exceptionnel et très bien situé.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we were doing and I would definitely stay there again.

Tolle Lage, sehr gemütliches Lobby, zum Willkommenheißen gab es frischen Traubensaft und beim Gehen wurde mir extra eine Flasche Wasser gegeben. Das Zimmer ist sauber, nicht besonders gemütlich und das Bett ist ganz Ok, aber insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich würde das Hotel gern weiter empfehlen.
