Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else

A neat and tidy hotel. We stayed at 3/F and the room had a large balcony with a panoramic view of the city. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The supermarket, tram station and city centre are within walk.

Fint litet hotel

We had plenty of space in our room. The breakfast was good with a nice variety to select from and a wonderful view from the breakfast area. We handled the steps from the parking to the front desk and then to the elevator.

The room was clean and very nice! We also got a balcony which was really nice! The hotels placement was great, a short walk to the old town. Breakfast could be better, but we are very satisfied!

A fantastic stay! Clean. Comfy. Nice view of the city. Convenient walkable distance to old town sites. The best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! Most highly recommended!

Après plus de 70 nuits passées dans cet hôtel, je dois malheureusement constater que le service de chambre n’était pas à la hauteur cette fois-ci : la poubelle de la salle de bain n’a pas été vidée entre deux séjours, et la chambre a même été oubliée un jour. Dommage, car l’expérience a toujours été irréprochable jusqu’à présent.

Very nice hotel close from the city center by walk. Enough parking space. Very good breakfast and confortable room. Staff is very kind and always ready to help.

The hotel was great. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is located on the top of a hill but still walkable to the town center.

Was well received by the receptionist when I arrived. She is very friendly and welcome me with a smile. The check in process is smooth and quick The hotel is very contemporary, modern and well furnished with art paintings and decors The room is well equipped with mini fridge, safe deposit box, coffee making facility, ironing board and tele. The breakfast lounge is so beautiful, a wide range of food to cater to the guests, I have nothing to criticize about. The workers in the breakfast lounge are very helpful and friendly. On the day of departure, receptionist made a taxi call for me to the train station and really appreciate her help. Not to forget, there is a Carrefour Supermarket nearby and it is so convenient. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back to this hotel again if I ever come back to Brasov.

Tried multiple tines and 2 days in a row to contact the hotel. Response was only received 3 hours after check out. The hotel is very, very basic, no frills at all. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Customer service is ok

Great hotel which I booked last minute after my original booking fell through. Super easy check in, a clean room, and a fantastic breakfast with a nice view of the city. Strongly recommend
