Room wasnt cleaned properly but overall was nice and spacious, had stairs so not ideal to carry my suitcase up.

The rooms were very clean and had a good standard. Staff is very friendly and the additional services and beauty spa are great. Only complaint is the neighbourhood and the pipes in soom room or air condition that make noise. If you are a light sleeper bribg earplugs and best to arrive during daytime.

Wonderful staff, very helpful, next time I'll be sure to use the steam and sauna, a great place for some comfort when visiting the 02 as not a big souless chain hotel....🙏 Remember to book parking with them.

It is a very nice hotel. Rooms are very new, stylish, well equipped.

Perfect room size, very clean and a unique, fun layout. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely and fortunately quiet.

In high need of renovation, poor breakfast, no variety

Very thin walls meant that you could hear the neighbors talking and unfortunately enjoying themselves too much in the morning.

Accommodation was fantastic, very central... Easy to access canary wharf and the centre of what was going on. My only disappointment was that no message was sent through to the hotel about parking from Hotels.Com. Will think again in future about using them in future. Had to rely solely on off street parking which was a bit stressful. Our stay from a hotel perspective was excellent.

I was really dissapointed in my stay. I booked this hotel for the spa but this is false advertising there is no spa here any more yet they still clearly advertise spa services.

Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but could do with having access to water and towels. Toilets in spa area had no paper towels all weekend to dry your hands, The gym had no water facility, there was only 1 towel available and nothing to wipe down the equipment after use even though it said to do so. Breakfast was average, staff in area were on mobile phone and not paying any attention to the guests, juices were warm coolers didn't seem to either not work or not switched on. A real shame as it was for a special occasion and felt a little let down.

Breakfast, breakfast service and experience was poor. Coffee machine didnt work, very limited selection for continental breakfast, boxes were puled up in the entrance and housekeeping staff werr noisily lifting pales of bed linen and boxes from a side door through the entrance jsit adjacent to where I was sitting which was a bit irregular and uncomfortable
