This wonderful small hotel is located on a quiet street five minutes away from Piazza Napoleone. It is in a historic building and has a lot of character. The bathroom is very modern and had a good selection of toiletries. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they serve a great continental breakfast every morning. You can walk to all the places of interest easily, as well as to the train station and to the bus hub in Piazzale Verdi. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again !

Fijne en rustige accomodatie. Airconditioning werkte slecht. Was voor nu niet erg maar in de zomer zou dat een probleem zijn. Ik had kamer 4. Het ontbijt was goed. En ook het matras was goed.

No problem checking in after dark. The laundry that was advertised was full of dirty linens. The kitchen was full of half empty food boxes. The remnants from that day’s breakfast were still on the sideboard. The next morning, a large amount of the very old gap filler for the roof and dust had fallen into our bed. Yuck. Alternative accommodation was found for us at another B&B in town. Not a fan. Spoilt our experience of Lucca and B&B in general.

Easy checkin process, responsive staff, clean room, good breakfast and excellent location in historic Lucca

Perfect close to town sites and very comfortable king bed with single bed up a ladder above. Big bathroom which is rare in Italy. Host was so helpful with all our tourist queries.

Lucia & Alicia were simply a delight!! So accommodating and communication was perfect!! This is a great little spot inside the wall that offers everything in just a short 5 min walk!! Will definitely be recommending!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

After a crowded day in Florence, our overnight in Lucca was restful and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. I would definitely stay again!

Lucca is quite compact once you're used to it and there are some good restaurants near. The room was lovely and clean and very good en suite. There was a bit of noise outside at night and the bed was very squeaky despite being new. Although we ultimately didn't use the kitchen area I believe it was possible. No email arrived with entry instructions which was very worrying. In the end we had to phone Lucia to get access when we were there. Breakfast was simple, very sweet Italian pastries, cereal, meats and cheese (but on the same plate which was a problem for this vegetarian) and could've done with some fruit. No tea facilities in the room but this was possible from a coffee machine in the breakfast area.

Wonderful place to stay. The building is a charming, old house, the ceiling is hugh and the old furniture gives you all the magic you need. Nice view over the center of Lucca, nice persons at the breakfast table, cozy and familiar.

Excellent vfm; quirky; easy walking distance for all the sightsin Lucca.

Was a great quick stay over for the concert. Clean and AC and comfortable. Very conveniently located to everything and quick walk to train station.

Personale gentilissimo e simpatico, struttura pulitissima, posizione ottimale e zona molto silenziosa nonostante sia in centro e molto comoda da raggiungere. Colazione super.
