Room size is huge, service and room cleaning is excellent all staff are very hardworking gym is small and the strength is its location and the pool wifi needs to be improved

Hôtel is maintained in good condition. Service is good. Housekeeping Lily has been very responsive and helpful.

Attentive, efficient and professional service — from Front desk, concierge, room service, lobby lounge, guest service, and last but not the least, housekeeping… the hotel is very well managed and makes us feel welcomed. Location is convenient right on Suzhou River, beautiful small parks and only 10 minutes walk to the Bund. 靜中帶旺. It’s our fifth stay and we look forward to our next visit.

設施頻出狀況，浴缸水龍頭壞掉、警報器無故大叫、電動窗簾也會自動調節 大堂退房時的人態度極差，彷彿欠他錢似的！

這次是第二次入住了，選擇寶麗嘉酒店的主要原因還是酒店位置旺中帶靜，房間格局舒適，硬件設施到位，酒店服務整體都不錯，床品清潔用品都很好！

Excellent! 很時尚的酒店，苏州河邊，十里洋場的風華，卻有不一樣的静謐，讓人置身在不一樣的上海。 下次還會再來！ 極力推蔼！

잘 지냈는데 바퀴벌레가 한마리 나와서 직접 잡았음. 너무 피곤하고 방 바꾸기도 싫어서 체크아웃때 얘기했더니 사과하고 바로 대응해줬다. 전체적으로 도어맨이나 리셉션의 응대나 서비스는 괜찮은데 조식당의 직원들 수준이 외부 길거리 식당 수준이었다. 식당 직원들은 한두명 매니저급 빼고는 영어도 잘 못하고(유창한걸 바라는건아니지만 아메리카노 정도는 알아야되지않나) 특히 문신한 남자 종업원은 정말 무례하고 정말 정말 매너가 없었다. 그외에 수영장이나 우연히 마주친 메이드들은 꽤 친절하고 센스 있었다.
