飯店面海又鄰近八大關景區，附近環境优，住宿空間很大，可惜基本設備老舊又缺乏維護管理。

This property is very old and dirty. There are many redundant doors and locked room which make it look like a horror room.

Spacious rooms with great ocean view, close to two beaches

Good location, close to two beaches in Qingdao. Spacious suite with two bedrooms and a large sitting area. Great ocean view in each room. Fridge is convenient for keeping some fruits cool. But no microwave for warming food. Also you need to bring your own tea/coffee to make your own hot drinks with the electric kettle provided by the hotel. We had breakfasts in a little eatery place about 10 minutes walk. Had dinners in old town or other restaurants.
