A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

All was fine and we enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious with a king bed and a view of the front yard. It is an extensive property. Our room had a tub with the hand held shower, which made it super difficult to bath. I recommend checking your reservation and avoid using rooms with tub, if that is an issue for you. They have rooms with shower too. The Michelin star restaurant was a memorable experience.

O chateau é lindíssimo, um lugar muito especial! Super bem cuidado, funcionários da recepção e da arrumação dos quartos extremamente simpáticos. Enquanto isso funcionários do cafe da manha piscina e do restaurante não fazem o mínimo esforço para serem simpáticos! Para uma experiência Relais Chateaux é um dos pontos principais. No primeiro dia tive um inconveniente por falta de aviso no check in e ficamos sem agua no chuveiro, ligamos na recepção informaram que voltaria em 20/30min como não informaram nada antes eu tinha ido dar banho na minha filha de 2 anos e tivemos que sair para jantar com agua de piscina (tínhamos ja um jantar marcado e não dava para esperar). Avisamos nos 3 dias que ficamos que não estavam colocando toalha para a bebe, em dois não colocaram nada e em um levaram uma toalha de rosto p ela (certamente necessário uma toalha de banho padrão). Fui com uma expectativa muito alta e infelizmente o serviço deixou a desejar!

Amazing stay. My mom wanted to stay in a castle on our trip to Europe and the Chateau delivered. We felt so pampered. Turn down service in the evening, beautiful peaceful grounds, an amazing restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The bar was wonderful, and my mom and I had a lovely conversation with the bar manager who had just been hired. He was great and made delicious cocktails! The only slight issue we had was with the shower- there was no real shower in our room, just a bath with a handheld shower head that pointed straight out into the bathroom. The water pressure was so high that the water just kind of sprayed everywhere in the bathroom, and soaked the shower curtains (that were so nice we couldn't figure out if they were meant to get wet or not). They offered us a complimentary bottle of their wine when we checked out to make up for the inconvenience, but as we were traveling, we did not have room to carry a bottle of wine. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely go back! Would be wonderful to see the lavender field grown in, and the fountain fixed!

Bom dia! O hotel é bonito a propriedade poderia estar mais bem cuidada. Tivemos grande dificuldade no atendimento no café da manhã , a reposição dos alimentos era fraca ou nenhuma , o café finalizava as 10:30 e após as 10 hs eles paravam a reposição e por dois dias solicitei reposição por volta de 10:10!hs e não fui atendido ou fui após muita reclamação . Complementando as mesas estavam sujas de farelos e parecia do dia anterior pois ficavam entre as mesas. A apresentação do café da manhã é muito pouco convidativa. Eles tem um bar muito interessante rústico que só fui descobrir na última noite e também tive um pouco de dificuldade para ser atendido lá , tive que insistir. Na minha opinião o hotel não merece as 5 estrelas e disse isto claramente ao pessoal da recepção quando ocorreram os problemas.

Hotel não deveria ser 5 estrelas! Fechamos um quarto com frigobar, não tinha!!! Não ligam o ar condicionado dos quartos, solicitei a recepção pois o meu bebê não estava conseguindo dormir com o calor e pediram para eu abrir a janela. Oi? 5 estrelas sem Ar e ter que abrir a janela? O banheiro alegava durante o banho …. O room service é péssimo! Pedíamos água e demora muito !!! Não voltarei e não recomendo! O hotel sem dúvida não merece a categoria de 5 estelas.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding and we highly recommend making a reservation for a meal if you’re not staying at the hotel. I would recommend this experience to anyone.
