Very nice hotel with living room, bedroom, open kitchen and bathroom. We can cook breakfast and dinner in my room, kitchenware, tableware and coffee machine are ready for use, with coffee capsule and tea bag. It's also very nice with dishwasher, Wi-fi signal is very good, all the place is clean, all staffs are very polite and helpful.

Ideal location, spacious, strong AC, and cool vibe. Having a kitchenette with a fridge and laundry was extremely helpful and we also loved having dishware. Felt like the best of both worlds of a hotel and a home. I highly highly recommend this hotel!!

Clean room, modern bathroom ,excellent AC , Great front employees, our room was very quiet, perfect location, good hotel shuttle. I will suggest a roll of paper towel, and simplify indications for the dishwasher, the washer and microwave as you have to be a genius to figure it out. We will be back

We were so pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to an amazing suite! We had booked a room for 4 people with a mezzanine loft for our daughters, but with the upgrade, the room had an additional bathroom and a high quality pull out sofa that came in handy when we had an unexpected visitor. And the cherry on top was the washer/dryer in the kitchen area! The staff was lovely. Loved the location (though there is street noise at night if you face the square, but the view was lovely and I just used ear plugs, which they provided.) We were able to rent towels for the beach for 3 Euros each. So many restaurants and shops when you step out the door and only 2 blocks to the Promenade. We will definitely stay there again. Note: If you are driving, get explicit directions how to access the hotel to get your parking card. The hotel entrance is not on the main square. The 25 Euro/night parking through the hotel is a great deal.

There is construction and scaffolding outside the alley way by the entrance so we were a little confused about the entrance Overall very good experience, room was great. We ordered breakfast the one morning.

Excellent location, near the beach and all of the action. The kitchen was well equipped, room was perfect for our family of 4. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent location, lovely clean and spacious property. Only slight critism is the lack of any view from our room but thats due to it being on the back of the property. A view overlooking the square would be lovely.

Our stay at Palais Saleya Boutique Hôtel was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The location could not be more perfect — right in the heart of Old Nice, surrounded by charming streets, restaurants, cafés, markets, and just a short walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. It truly allowed us to experience the beauty and atmosphere of Nice effortlessly. The hotel itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The suites are incredibly spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, combining luxury with the warmth of a boutique hotel. Every detail felt refined and welcoming. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every person we encountered was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They made us feel valued and cared for throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality elevated the experience beyond what we expected. The amenities were also excellent — comfortable beds, beautiful interiors, quality toiletries, and a peaceful atmosphere despite being in such a lively and central area. It felt like a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We travel often, and this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Palais Saleya Boutique Hôtel to anyone visiting Nice. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.
