Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung der Wohnung, z.B. zur Golden Bay oder nach Mellieha, Raumaufteilung der Wohnung für 3-4 Personen sehr angenehm, Balkon mit toller Aussicht, schnelle problemlose Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung, Aufzug aufgrund des niedrigen engen Treppenhauses sehr angenehm. - Außenfassade renovierungswürdig, Relativ hoher Lautstärkepegel durch Durchgangsverkehr und Baulärm, Angaben zu maximalem Gas-/ Strom-/ Wasserverbrauch teils missverständlich.

Property had all the amenities but was tired and cleanliness left a lot to be desired- ie microwave, cooker and especially the shower. Communication with the host was good and they were very responsive to an issue that we had. The neighboring apartment was in an all night party mood which made the stay less than relaxing.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Malte dans cet appartement. Le logement était très propre, spacieux et très bien aménagé. Il y a une très grande terrasse (table, chaises, barbecue au gaz) face à la mer ainsi qu'une terrasse par chambre sur l'arrière. Les propriétaires ont été accueillants, à l'écoute, de bons conseils et très réactifs. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

I found the property was fully equipped for my needs and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It is also in an ideal situation overlooking the bay in a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around the island using the local buses from bus stops very close to the apartment. The check in was was friendly and efficient. I would recommend the place and would book again when, and not if, I go back to Malta
