Small, period. Our family of 4 with luggage barely fit into 2 rooms. Room was relatively dusty, wall part in both rooms had many scratches. The photos definitely make it seem larger. I'd say the size of the room is suitable for a 1 person stay only. Our rooms were both less than 120 sqft each For a bit more money compared to what paid for this place I rebooked an apartment hotel 7 min walking away and got almost 5 times more space! This place was good for anyone who does their research properly. When other reviews say the rooms are small, they're not kidding. Look up the room sqft sizes before booking. Goes without saying the bathroom was extremely small as well. My nose would hit the door if I was sitting on the toilet with door closed.

Smallest room but all you need. Breakfast in a lunchbox to be picked up at the reception. Free umbrellas, kind service

Excelente ubicación

Ideal for 1-2 nights, the room was very small (there was a bit of a struggle opening 2 carry on suitcases) but was in a quiet neighbourhood.

Limpio, cercano a transporte, personal amable.

お風呂場の臭いがすごく嫌でした。(ちゃんと乾いていない感じの臭い) タオルも臭いがあって、清潔感がなく、ゆっくり休めなかったです。 フロントの方の対応はよかったので、余計に残念です。

東京駅まで歩いて１０分程の好立地と夜間でも静かな通りに面していて良かったです。 また、コンビニも併設されていて便利でした。

Very nice place for a stay

Clean compact room with all required toiletries and small appliances. Convenient store next door. Easily accessible by public transportation and walking distance to eateries and shops. Good value for money and will stay here again.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, Rooms very clean, but on the small side, cannot accomodate a lot of luggage, however they do store luggage for free. Well situated for Imperial palace gardens, and easy walking distance to Metro stations. Bonus that they provided us with 2000 yen in coupons to use in the onsite 7 Eleven store,

部屋は広くないですが、必要十分でした

内装はきれいで良かった。

東京駅から近く利用しやすい場所ですが、使用前にも関わらずベッドには髪の毛、ガウンの上には乾いたコンタクト、テーブルはホコリだらけで本当に掃除をしているのか疑います。大変不快でした。もう利用したくありません。
