附近多食店與商店，也有步行街。飯店員工服務周到，熱心為客人解決問題。最好能在大堂當眼處擺放一些銀川當地旅遊資料，以供參考。

這次的銀川之行在西府井住了四天，飯店房間舒適整潔，服務人員親切客氣，早餐豐富多元具地方特色，整體感覺很好，會是下次再訪銀川時的第一選擇。

清潔で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 フライトのスケジュールで夜遅時間のチェックインでもスムーズに対応していただきました。 朝食も品数が豊富で美味しいです。

Nobody can speak in English. But the worst thing is they ruined one of our passports. At the check in, someone broke the page with personal data of one of our passports. the man in charge wrote us a message with a translator asking to go to our room that they will bring us the docs later. They gave all passport to one of us, and told nothing about the issue. we have seen only later that the page had been fixed using adhesive tape. better to stay in another hotel, maybe an international one.

Location is great, right in the city center within few mins walk to the landmark places of Yuhuangge. Walking distance to top shops and restaurants Hotel is very clean. No smell of smoke inside the lobby and elevator. Gym is new and have excellent equipment. Hotel front desk is very helpful. Ms. Yang Hui, 杨慧，in particular, helped a family of four. She helped us on calling delivery, info on touring around the city as well as calling taxi. This hotel has the facilities as 5 star hotel but with very localized services. I would rather stay in this hotel than an international brand,
