屋主一家人都非常友善並主動為我們搬行李往房間非常窩心。早餐也很好吃。房間乾淨舒適，裝修設計非常時尚令我們相當滿意。

我覺得一切都很好，唯一美中不足的是房內沒電視，棉被如果能在大一點就好了！

離車站不遠，交通方便。旅舍主人招呼體貼禮貌。房間寬趟超乎想像，設計雅緻，整潔舒適。早餐精緻豐富美味。

房間很寬敞、很新，選用的物品都很有質感，住起來很舒適，還帶著一股淡淡的木頭香，處處都有貼心的小地方， 老闆的媽媽為我們準備早餐，一早心裡就暖暖的~ 民宿的人們很可愛，風景也很美，很喜歡

整體酒店很整潔，員工服務非常好，細心細緻。床鋪非常舒適。酒店私人温泉雖然細小，但晚上不用外出，也很舒適

旅館職員十分親切，幫忙拿行李和提供和服讓我們穿著。位置靠近各溫泉，去車站也不遠，價錢適宜，值得推薦！

まず部屋が綺麗で広くて露天風呂もついてて最高に100点満点のお部屋でした！ スタッフの対応も丁寧で優しくて居心地の良い空間が人からも溢れており感動しました。 食べ歩きや、外湯巡りへのアクセスもよく、川沿いでわかりやすい場所にあったので、 出入りもしやすかったです。 今回は素泊まりで利用させていただきましたが、 次はご飯付きで宿泊したいなと思いました。

The family staff here are excellent hosts. They are very friendly and helpful. They showed us everything about the room and helped us with our first experience with the onsens. The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had in Japan. Absolutely loved this place

Was a fantastic stay. The staff were so kind and courteous. Always greeting us ane wishing us to come back safely. I wish i spoke Japanese more that way i could express my gratitude better.

The room was large and the interior was very cozy and modern. It comes with an outdoor shower with a hot tub. This is a small inn/ ryokan but the owners are very pleasant and hospitable. They even drove me back to the train station because of my big luggage. The location is excellent, next to the canal and very convenient to the onsens. I plan to come back.

ご飯おいしかったです。ベッドは少し硬めでした。静かだったのでぐっすり寝れました。

This is a beautiful property, and we wished we could have stayed longer, much longer. Our room was a piece of art. The owners were kind and gracious. We will surely return!!

Absolutely wonderful place! The service, the decor, the amenities and the design, the delicious hearty Japanese breakfasts, the central location - everything was perfect here. And the hospitality was incredibly warm and generous. HIGHLY recommend this ryokan to anyone visiting Kinosaki Onsen.

Amazing stay - hosts were so kind, we were given delicious tea upon arrival and the host was so helpful. Lots of information was given to us about the town and they booked dinner for us at a recommended local restaurant which was also lovely. The room was beautiful, all the furniture had been chosen carefully and thoughtfully. Overall amazing stay and one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan.

Town is small and walkable so location doesn’t matter but this was right on the main waterway with a great view of the little town. Room and accommodation was clean and quiet. Everyone was super friendly and provided a ton of information on where to eat and which onsens were their faves. They were on the money with their recs. Will def stay here again if I ever find myself back in the town!

This was such a wonderful stay. The staff are amazing and very friendly, made me feel like I was right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I hope I get to visit again someday.
