Très bon hôtel situé dans le quartier prisé de Zamalek. Personnel aimable, chambres bien équipées et lits confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est disponible dans l’hôtel Président juste à côté. Il est servi dans une belle salle, sous forme de buffet très complet, très bon et varié. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel ou nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Zimmer sauber. Lage gut. Frühstück sehr gut. Türen im Bad etwas wackelig und laut.

The hotel is great is all aspects but where it really excels is the people. Every person you meet is warm, friendly, very welcoming, and good at their jobs. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in many countries and the New President staff rate right up there with the best.

My stay days before was so good I booked them again

Staff excellent. They really went out of their way for me. I had a schedule conflict where I booked the wrong day…they not only tried to help but got me in next door for that evening. After flying 19 hours - that gesture alone really stuck with me. Roomwise very clean and great WiFi. Breakfast Nextdoor (as they are both President hotel) was incredible. The staff there also exceptional! Location wise - you’re on embassy row in Zamalek. Perfectly safe and everyone is walking around at night (families etc.) which is a good sign in my book.

Dark and large, but average room

Great location, clean rooms, nice staff, in general a perfect place to stay to discover Cairo!

Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits au New Predident hôtel et nous le recommandons chaleureusement. Bon quartier, bon accueil et bon service de la part de tout le personnel, mention spéciale à Nada, la femme de chambre. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien équipées. Les petits-déjeuners sont proposés dans l’hôtel associé ( Président hôtel ) juste à côté. Servis sous forme de buffet très varié et servis dans un cadre relaxant, les petits-déjeuners sont délicieux. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cet établissement si nous revenons au Caire.

Le petit frère d'un hôtel plus grand, bien situé dans une rue plutôt calme - accueil charmant. Parmi les défauts, un gros bruit de soufflerie à l'extérieur, et une évacuation de l'eau un peu défaillante dans la douche

Excellent location, great staff and very clean

Clean and peaceful room; comfortable bed; spacious bathroom; kind and attentive staff; bio Egyptian teas, excellent cotton linens and towels. Everything pointed to genuine and committed care. A safe haven for solo travelers.

合計3泊しましたが、部屋も大変清潔で、立地もよくスタッフも24時間細かい要望に応えてくれて最高の滞在となりました。 また1泊だけ朝食付きにしましたが、毎日そうすべきだったと思う程、良いものでした。 またカイロに来た時はこちらを利用したいと思います。

The staff were really helpful when we first arrived and throughout the trip. The room is to a high specification so good sized bed and a modern bathroom. It is only 5 minutes to the metro station and close to cafes and supermarkets. The pizza next door was great but be aware that smoking is allowed in most restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic in the hotel next door on the 11th floor. Great selection of vegetarian options.

Though it was included, I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t review that part. The staff was very kind, helpful, and did not at all pester for tips or anything like that. They were also professional and helped me navigate something when I had to stay nearly an extra day.

Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was good with a large comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent too, they send you to the sister hotel next door, which has views of Zamalek.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut: sauber, freundlich und angenehm. Der Service ist super. Das Essen ist gut. Und der Fitnessraum ist ansprechend und nützlich. Außerdem liegt das Hotel atf der Nil-Insel Zamalek sehr zentral.
