Was all OK, room could do with a chair.

The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and support from the personal was great. We asked to change the room, and hotel manager managed to accommodate our request very quickly. The most unfortunate aspect of this hotel is that bed mattresses are extremely soft, and we ended up sleeping on the floor. Even after changing the room, we still could not sleep in the beds. We did inform hotel manager that this was a major issue for us. The hotel is located by the busy road, so there is noise until midnight from the traffic. If you want a good night sleep, this might not be ideal location. If it was not for the bed mattress, my review would not be so low.
