非常安靜乾淨的Hotel 服務人員非常專業友善

房間和風裝修，幾靚。 但燈光較暗、沒有枱放東西。 位置有點偏僻，離祇園站有一定距離，沿途嘅路比較難拉行李。 附近有2間便利店，方便買食物及日用品。

服務員友善親切, 住客全來自歐洲, 安靜整潔, 互相尊重, 十分適合香港人要求。環境寧靜典雅, 床鋪極舒適。室內空間充足, 每人可打開各自的大行李。浴廁分開, 方面家庭使用。附近的「我逢人」居酒屋開至凌晨三時, 食物水準高, 除了刺身、串燒, 還有許多小碟, 宵夜好去處。

態度好、地點方便、房間比照片還漂亮！ email回應問題也很快速， 3月去京都時還會再選這邊！

離地鐵站很近，附近也非常熱鬧，旅館很新，早餐好吃

很不錯！離河原町和祇園都不遠也方便，飯店出去右邊就是三條駛！下次去還會在入住！

Clean and nice modern hotel

身處很典型的日式社區裡，可以感受到十足的日本風格。雖然是小小旅宿，但是所有飯店該有的都有了，房間很乾淨，寬敞舒適。

飯店很新,地點也不錯 旁邊也有便利商店 美中不足是WiFi 速度有些慢 整體cp值算不錯。值得推薦

Great hotel! Rooms were clean and beds were sooooo comfortable. Location is near many stations (shijo-Gion to the south and Sanjo to the north). Close to the river and other historic neighbourhoods. Honestly an ideal home base for your Kyoto adventure. Staff is attentive and friendly and the hotel and area are quiet. We didn’t opt for the Japanese style breakfast but we saw them in the morning and they looked good.

Excellent staff - helpful and welcoming. Location further from main drag in Gion. But if you want to walk out in a quiet neighborhood and don’t mind a little walking, than consider this hotel

Beautiful little hotel in wonderful location. Room wasn’t too small, bathrooms were great and staff was incredible

It was clean updated room and decent size. Nice ac because I’m always hot! Luggage forwarding the best option and less than 30 US dollars. Wish I had stayed here and done day trips to Osaka.

We loved the breakfast, the staff, and the location and value. The only negative is that we had large suitcases and there was very little room for our clothes. Bathroom tiny but the steam shower was amazing.

Ken at the front desk was really helpful, provided lots of information and suggestions around the area.

Staff were super friendly, rooms really nice and very easy to walk around

10/10 location was amazing!!! This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed at in all of Japan! So peaceful and combines old world charm with modern vibes ! Front desk was so helpful and everything was perfect!
