Good location, Hygienic room, helpful staff. Highly recommend

The overall experience was average. Cleanliness and location were acceptable, but nothing outstanding. Front desk service was limited — most of the time there was only one staff member available, which made service slow and not very responsive. It felt understaffed and lacking in service attention. On the positive side, there are some great restaurants nearby in the West Village area, which was convenient for dining out.

Opera's apartment is spacious, modern, and well equipped. Swimming pool and gym are available. Parking is also free. Within walking distance to South Brisbane Station, South Bank Park, and major attractions across the Brisbane River like the Parliament, City Hall, Queen Street Mall shopping areas, etc.

隔音較差，沙發縫隙還有動物毛髮，床太小，借用寶寶澡盆竟然要收費30元澳幣⋯我都可以買新的了。 房間也沒有每天整理，櫃檯人員5點就下班了⋯想問問題都聯絡不到人，不推薦親子入住。

Nice Room, nice view, nice location We stayed in 313, a 1 bedroom apartment. Although this room without great view, but it's really comfortable and tidy. Nice view can found in high level, swim in a stunning view and BBQ with our friends at 17/F. Convenience location, South Brisbane Rail station is only 2 blocks from apartment. Many restaurants are nearby, located in Grey Street and West End. Quiet environment but near CBD, only around 15 minutes can reach CBD by foot. Every staffs is very nice, very helpful. Will stay here again.

Convenient location with car park, close to supermarket and restaurants

It was convenient and clean. I would return if I was in Brisbane again, as it was a pleasant walk to places I wanted to see. I felt safe.

Great room with everything you need including a washer and dryer for longer stays. Nice quiet complex and super close to the Brisbance Convention Center which was my reason for staying. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location

PROS: Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious, clean, modern, bathrooms were clean without rusting or stains, and furniture all clean without stains. Balcony was spacious and the balcony door open allowed for great fresh air. Waster pressure was fine but just note that these are showerheads and not handheld showers. WIFI speed was fine. CONS: The rooms felt a little stuffy and hot despite A/C being on. The washing machine rattled horribly so we had to weigh it down with a carry-on luggage. Would I recommend? Overall, sure.

The amenities were great. We took advantage of having a washer and dryer inside the apartment. The location was also amazing and the unit was clean. The washing unit cause a lot of condensation in the closet. This unit met our needs as a family of 4 visiting from Canada.

Shower was a dribble. Hot water was near no flow. May have been a room issue. 213 not great.

Great location! Grocery a block away. Lots of places to eat and drink. Short walk to the river. All around excellent!! Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay, close to shops and restaurants. Coffee shop below is fantastic and IGA close by. Would definitely stay here again.
