We stayed in Room 9, which is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly. It's a little far away from the metro station but within managable walking distance.

This is one of those places that advertises that they are a hotel, but in reality it is an airbnb. Says the desk is open from 8am to 8pm or something, but that is not true. The door is locked when you get there and is somehow broken when you buzz the door. The woman that answered was a bit dramatic and said we broke the door and she said she needed to step back and start the interaction over. Charged a 10 Euro "cleaning" fee for the dog when it clearly says that dogs are free. She then charged a deposit of 150 euro, but had trouble explaining exactly why and how it worked and whether it would fall off my card or not. Just a really awkward "staff" and a few things that were stated on the booking page that were not true. Would avoid this place and all of these hybrid hotel/airbnb places in the future.

We loved this hotel, only 20 minutes walk or 2 stops on metro from milano centrale station and you get a superb apartment with very modern features. We only booked the standard room but it was still excellent, relatively spacious and with an outstanding bathroom. Staff were great.

Great hotel - new, clean, balcony onto street (on my unit), friendly front desk, and location is close to several metro stations. However, the property added 10 Euros per night for cleaning, on top of the amount I paid, per their rules but this was not explicitly stated in the Hotels.com booking. Hope they fix this miscommunication, because it was a bad surprise on my end.

Arrivato alle 20h, le camere erano pronte ; la struttura é nuova. Non manca nulla. L'unico neo é la cauzione di 150 € che viene richiesta; é la prima volta che mi capita per un struttura alberghiera.

The property was gorgeous, close to everything, very clean, bright, modern, and wonderful staff. Loved it the best in all my month in Europe.
