從火車站至飯店都是不平的石子路,造成行李輪子卡繩,回程叫計程車,計程車也會繞路多計算車費!隔天預訂使用飯店早餐時,服務人員硬要我們上2樓,後來才知2樓是提供團體的餐點,收錢的櫃檯還和我們吵一樓和二樓的餐點明顯不同,廢話,就是明顯不同,我們還被服務人員硬要求上2樓,還再次確認這是我們的付費早餐??對於這樣的疏失,飯店一樣硬收費用,讓人真的很無言,飯店內部沒溝通正確,反而是讓客戶買單,一整個扯!

Chambre familiale spacieuse et bien équipée. A quelques minutes du tram a pieds. Parking privé gratuit. Petit déjeuné excellent !

Otherwise good place to stay, but no waterpressure at all in shower or sink. Won't stay again in here.

We particularly enjoyed the service at the reception and the breakfast service. The breakfast buffet was also very appealing. The room furnishings are okay, but the windows are yellowed and our bedside lamp was already loose. These are things that could be avoided. We are coming back!

The shower was very small (one man shower) the outside view was terrible looking at construction we ended up checking out earlier than expected literally a couple hours after check in

Very high standard hotel considering the price. Restaurant is a steak and grill with high standards as is the breakfast in the morning

We stayed here for a night. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy parking right outside the hotel, or across the road in a large parking lot. The only improvement I'd suggest is for housekeepers to restock/refill things like hand soap more dilligently. All in all, perfect stay and will definitely stay here again and again. Thanks

Gutes , modernes Hotel mit exzellentem Frühstück und sehr gutem Restaurant.Problem gegenwärtig die Straßenarbeiten vor dem Hotel auf mindestens 400m Länge.

ogólnie całkiem przyjemny hotel, gorszy dojazd i wyjazd. nie zdzierają na parkingu (to duży plus) jak znaczna część poznańskich hoteli. przydałaby się większa sala fitness i jakiś konserwator urządzeń, bo sprzęty nie w pełni sprawny, niewielkie defekty utrudniające a nawet uniemożliwiające użytkowanie.

By far the best place i stayed in. Super clean, very up to date rooms. Very comfortable. Free juice, pop and ice tea plus water for each guest. Big washroom. Very clean. No stains or cracks anywhere. It was money well spent.

Disappointing- having to book times for sauna, as there is only one- they gym is not a gym- no free weights or treadmill- no Mat on the floor to workout - tiny hot room- poor poor- room was ok pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable, few tv channels about 20 mostly polish- nothing really international to note of- out side the road and hotel is having works completed and is so very dirty and noisy hotel is in a building site it seems - food is ok slightly over priced, restaurant not too much of atmosphere - breakfast is ok - not any out of normal.
