入住这家酒店的体验极其糟糕！我觉得他们根本没打扫房间，因为我踩到了碎玻璃，流血了！！！当我向酒店寻求帮助时，他们竟然让我自己去楼层找急救箱，还说下午4点以后如果发生什么事没人会帮忙，只能等到第二天早上！！！我拖着流血的脚去了他们说的急救室，结果发现门锁着！！！最后我只能用自己的消毒液清洗伤口。第二天我去前台询问情况，他们的态度非常恶劣！！！她居然让我叫救护车，拜托，我只是需要一些急救箱送到房间而已！他们完全推诿责任，让我写邮件给管理层，当然，根本没人回复！！！请大家千万不要入住这家酒店！！！

只有自助入住不太方便，因为号码失效了。其他都很好。我想回来，但还是担心自助入住的问题

在SMARTments Business Wien Hauptbahnhof度过了一段美好的时光。这里离体育场很近，而且非常干净。以后我们还会再来这里住。

Easy to self check in. Everything in the room if you wish to cook.

Do not recommend ! Hotel price is cheaper than another same area hotel. But you need to own way or go train station locker to put your luggage after checkout time because their luggage room access card only valid until 11am for their customer. And totally no room service or change towel . Even rubbish need to pack and throw by ownself to rubbish room.
