Location, new decoration and very rare free beer/coffee/port at public area are all great. Was not sure about the free parking area mentioned in web since we parked on street and free on Sunday. We only saw one girl helped us opens the door and check in, then no one around any more (guess due to Sunday). Need to get back via mail for estimated time to check in. We were one hour late but the girl was still waiting for us, appreciate her patience.

The property was awesome.

A fantastic experience with a local feel. It was charming and unique. The staff was communicative through the whole process and arranged drivers for our pickup and delivery to the airport. We would go there again.

The space was so much more than we expected - beautiful, great view! And the staff was wonderful.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Room was clean. I was in room 7 which had a patio to drink coffee in the morning and a claw foot tub to soak in at night.

This place is amazing!! It has so much character. Walkable to different locations. Margarida is an absolute delight to deal with, very welcoming and great communication. Rooms are spacious and clean and they have a little common area where you are able to make tea or coffee. Couldnt ask for more!!

Very nice location.

It’s a great location , the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size : only issue is it smelt very damp and was a strong smell. The hotel is definitely aware as there are plug in air fresheners throughout the room. If they could fix this it’d be a 5.

We loved the large rooms, character and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff were friendly, and Laura helped with restaurant recommendations and booking a lovely Fado evening for. We would stay again.

Lovely spot, great location!

Excellent location! Waking up to the grand steps of the parliamentary palace never disappointed. Also, the hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The Family Suite was consistently clean. We appreciated the streaming services. Our only wish was that each room would have a small kitchenette rather than a shared one. We would have also liked items (e.g Earl Grey tea) to be replenished in a more timely fashion. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.
