The oven was hard to open. The lighting was terrible. And the bed was barely off the floor, very low to the ground. The parking was under construction and I had to use paid parking nearby throughout my trip. When I contacted the management about it, they seemed uncaring. I paid for two weeks and three days, more than $3,000. After a week and a half I had to leave unexpectedly. I was unable to reach anyone to cancel. When I wanted to return for the last few days of my trip, I was conveniently able to reach someone via email and was informed my room had already been rebooked. There were no cancelations allowed and although I had paid for the room, I could not stay there.
