Beautiful private place for our Holbox adventure, great balcony view to beach and good location. Beach restaurant is amazing!! Highly recommend!

Check in was a bit slow. The instructions were a bit confusing… which restaurant was open what time and for what meal. There is no room service and they make you sign that you won’t bring food/drinks from outside. The beach was wonderful. Pools nice. Restaurant ok. They ran out beach towels our first day. Had to wait till late afternoon to get. It was okay and the best part was the area in general. Holbox is beautiful and rustic. No paved roads so expect to bring in sand to your room each time. Housekeeping was efficient. Our daughter and husband and 9 month old baby stayed in a property three min walk away. We spent more time on their beach/pool/restaurant. After a couple days the manager said we were free to use their amenities anytime. All in all Spirit Holbox was okay. Not great but not bad. I’ll probably pick a different property if I go back to Holbox

Property was really private and had a great view of the gulf but its a separate unit from the hotel the living room area didn’t have air conditioning and it’s kind of outdated, no tv in any of the rooms and a really weak ac units in the rooms!!!

Chambre propre, emplacement calme, apaisant, petit plus pour le coucher de soleil MAGNIFIQUE. Le personnel est super serviable et accueillant. Les 4 piscines sont tout juste incroyable.

Rent rum med underbart utsikt till havet från balkongen. Femton minuter till fots till stranden där man kan se flamingorna och bioluminiscence. Bra mat i restaurangen. Underbart att ha frukost med utsikt till havet med pelikanerna.

Unfortunately there were a lot of kids in the pools and we couldn’t even use them. The property itself is great and the staff was amazing.

El smoothie de PASSION wow wow wow Yo me quedé en la habitación número 2 y wow es hermosa la ducha amplia muy bien !!! La limpieza y la atención es excelente!!! Ya es la segunda vez que los visito y sin duda Si volvería

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue profundamente decepcionante y angustiante. Viajamos en familia con la intención de disfrutar nuestras vacaciones, pero lamentablemente la estancia terminó convirtiéndose en una situación muy desagradable. Guardamos dinero en la caja de seguridad dentro de la habitación, confiando en que se trataba de un espacio seguro, especialmente por estar dentro del propio cuarto. Sin embargo, al revisar nuestras pertenencias, descubrimos que nos robaron $1,500 USD de la caja de seguridad. Fue un momento de gran sorpresa, impotencia y enojo, ya que en ningún momento dejamos el dinero fuera ni autorizamos el acceso de terceros. Lo más frustrante fue la reacción del hotel. Al reportar inmediatamente lo sucedido en recepción, la respuesta fue limitada y poco empática. Básicamente se nos indicó que levantáramos un reporte con la policía local, sin mostrarse realmente interesados en realizar una investigación interna o revisar cámaras de seguridad en ese momento. No hubo seguimiento claro ni apoyo real ante una situación tan delicada. Además, durante nuestra inconformidad les mostramos una reseña pública del año 2024 en la que otro huésped reportaba un incidente similar. A pesar de ello, el personal negó tener conocimiento de ese hecho. Esta respuesta nos dejó aún más preocupados, ya que evidencia que no existe transparencia ni una postura clara frente a situaciones de esta naturaleza. Este incidente no solo representó una pérdida económica importante,

Excelente ! En general

La chambre était propre et confortable. La plage était petite mais aussi confortable avec ses chaises. Les piscines étaient belles mais manquaient un peu de propreté. Les 2 restaurants étaient très bons et le service en général à l’hôtel et aux restaurants était excellent. Notre point négatif a été le bruit de construction autour de l’hôtel. C’était vraiment très intense, mais malheureusement l’hôtel n’a pas de contrôle là-dessus et ça devait être semblable partout sur l’île.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre avec une vue magnifique. Par contre, le petit déjeuner était vraiment insuffisant : 2 bouts de pain brioché avec quelques fruits et un petit pot de yaourt Beaucoup de moustiques et guêpes

The beach is not properly maintained, there are some parts of and old building and that makes unable to swim. The Hamburgers were pretty salty and I reported that to the staff who do nothing about. Its good but could be better
