Konumu temizliği personeli ilgi ve alakası ile memnun kalacağınız güzel bir yer

Maalesef konaklamamız tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Odaya girer girmez ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı ve havalandırmaya rağmen bu koku hiç gitmedi. Halılar çok eski, lekeli ve bakımsızdı; hijyen konusunda ciddi soru işaretleri oluşturuyordu. Mobilyalar yıpranmış, bazı eşyalar ise hasarlıydı. Genel olarak otelin bakıma ihtiyacı olduğu çok belli. Böyle bir ortamda rahat etmek mümkün değildi. Ödediğimiz ücretin karşılığını kesinlikle alamadık. Bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edemem.

Ik geef dit hotel 2 sterren. Helaas liet de hygiëne veel te wensen over. In de badkamer lagen nog haartjes van eerdere gasten en de badkuip was duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt. Er zat nog viezigheid van vorige gasten in en bovendien liep het water tijdens het douchen niet goed weg, waardoor je in een vieze laag water stond te douchen. Dat is echt onhygiënisch. Ook de vloerbedekking in de kamer zat vol met vieze vlekken, wat een onverzorgde indruk gaf. Daarnaast maakte de airco zoveel lawaai dat het moeilijk was om ’s nachts goed te slapen. Het enige grote pluspunt was het personeel bij de receptie. Zij waren erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Daarom geef ik toch nog 2 sterren. Door de slechte hygiëne en de lawaaiige airco zou ik hier helaas niet snel terugkomen.

Kahvaltı çeşit açısından zengin görünse de kalite açısından çok kötüydü. Havlular eskimiş rengi atmış, gri/kahverengiydi. Yatak çarşafları ve banyo temizdi. Otelin konumu güzeldi.

Temizlik olarak beğenmedim. Lamba gece boyu yandı söndü. Tesisin komple yenilenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum

Konumu güzel. Fakat bu fiyat icin yeterli degil.

Sehr zentral alles fussläufig erreichbar. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmer sind groß und angenehm und sauber. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist die Dusche nicht besonders sauber und etwas Schimmel. Aber sonst alles top Frühstück ist sehr gut viel Auswahl.

I came at about 3:00 am, the receptionist guy came outside and helped with loggige to bring to our room. The location is one of the best in Samsun. The room was clean, the mattress quite comfortable, there were stains on the carpet. Hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, were not enough for 2 people, cleaning done every day, towels changed every day. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and after we asked them to fix it, they put in a new one, but it didn't work either. The breakfast was very good, everything delicious and varied.

Very nice in the center og Samsun. Sea-view, good comfort and excelent breakfast. They offer that I could park my motorbike in the basement og the hotel😊

Lobi hizmetleri aşırı hızlı, çalışanlar çok dakik ve saygılı. check in çok hızlı. Restorandakiler de aynı şekilde. Kahvaltı çok büyük ve leziz. Her yer temiz. Sadece otel eski, eşyalar eski. Tabii çalışan klimayı değiştirmelerine gerek yok ama odadaki halıları değiştirebilirler. Yine de genel olarak gayet temizdi. Wifi bağlanmadı, lobi de yardımcı olamadı. wifi kullanamamak sıkıntıydı.

Hotel in central position in Samsun. At the moment there are works in the area, and streets are a bit congested, but hotel is reacheable. I had a spacious room wit view on two sides. Room was very good, clean, and quiet. The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel. They were kind and efficient, and went well beyond their duties in helping me with a problem I had. Thank you guys. Overall satisfied with my stay in this hotel.
